Note 1: I haven’t seen Avatar yet (because I refuse to watch it in Hindi — the only language it’s playing in my city in). If I had seen it, judging by what I’ve heard of it, it would probably take up one of the top 3 spots.

Note 2: I watch a lot of Hindi/Bollywood cinema because I grew up on it. 99% of the movies produced in Bollywood are crap, but the movies on this list are totally worth checking out for anyone and films I would only hesitate to recommend due to the language barrier and perhaps cultural references; not at all based on the merit of the films which I think is on-par with world (Hollywood) cinema.
